Congratulations to Brian Gregan & Chris Russell on their performance in the Vienna Indoor Classic.

Last night at the Vienna Indoor Classic Brian Gregan, Clonliffe Harriers AC, won a highly competitive 400m race indoors in 46.82. This time qualifies Brian for the European Indoors which will be held from 4-6 March in Paris. It also ranks him as 3rd fastest in Europe this year.

Chris Russell was place 4th in the 60m A Final with 6.92, which was a new PB. He later was 5th in the 200m in another personal best of 21.75.

"Both Brian and Chris base all their training on the track and in the gym in Morton Stadium, Santry, spending 6 days of every week in the stadium.
